Returns and Exchanges:

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within a 30-day window from the date of purchase. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure items are in their original condition, unused, and returned in the original packaging.

Eligible Items:

While most items are eligible for return or exchange, personalized items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged. Additionally, discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

If you need to initiate a return, our caring customer service team is here to assist you. Simply reach out with your order number, specify the item you wish to return, and kindly share the reason for the return.

Return Shipping:

For your convenience, we ask customers to cover return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, unless the item is defective or damaged. If you're dealing with large furniture items, don't worry – we can help arrange return shipping, with associated costs deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds:

Your peace of mind is important to us. Refunds will be thoughtfully processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or defective item. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and provide photos of the issue along with your order number. This will help us assist you promptly and effectively.

Store Credit:

In certain situations, we may offer the option of store credit as an alternative to a refund.
