Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges:
If an item arrives damaged or defective we gladly accept returns or exchanges within a 30-day window from the date of purchase. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure items are in their original condition, unused, and returned in the original packaging.
Eligible Items:
While most items are eligible for return or exchange, customized, pre-ordered, or made-to-order pieces can only be returned if they are defective or damaged. Additionally, discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process:
If you need to initiate a return, our caring customer service team is here to assist you. Simply reach out with your order number, specify the item you wish to return, and kindly share the reason for the return.
Return Shipping:
We ask customers to cover return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, unless the item is defective or damaged. If you're dealing with large furniture items, don't worry – we can help arrange return shipping, with associated costs deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds:
Your peace of mind is important to us. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or defective item. We take great care in packaging our pieces, but in the rare case that something arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging along with your order number.
Please note that damage claims apply to structural issues only—minor cosmetic imperfections (such as small scratches, nicks, dents, peel, stone fissures, or slight finish variations) do not qualify. Many of our materials, including solid wood, natural stone, and in many cases hand-applied finishes, feature natural variations in grain, tone, texture, and veining. These are inherent qualities of the materials, not defects, and are part of what makes each piece unique.
Our furniture is often handcrafted and may feature complex joinery and curved components. A degree of variation and tolerance at these connections is expected and considered part of the design integrity—especially when working with natural materials.
We reserve the right to assess damage claims individually. If an item is determined to be structurally defective or damaged in transit, we’ll work with you to provide a repair, replacement, or refund as we deem appropriate.
Estimated Delivery Dates:
All delivery dates provided—whether listed on a product page, shared via email, or communicated by our customer service team—are estimates only. While we do our best to provide accurate timelines and keep you updated, delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as production lead times, carrier delays, port congestion, weather, customs clearance, or other logistical issues.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and a delayed order does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or compensation of any kind. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to missed or delayed delivery windows on made-to-order, pre-order, or in-stock items.
We also reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion if we determine we are unable to fulfill it within a reasonable timeframe. If a scheduled delivery appointment is missed due to customer unavailability or inaccurate delivery information, the customer may be responsible for a redelivery fee, subject to our discretion and based on carrier policies.
Store Credit:
In certain situations, we may offer the option of store credit as an alternative to a refund.
